In addition to standard courses and qualification pathways Red Alert Australia is able to offer clients customised training services which enable each client to ensure that it's training activity is relevant and useful to it's staff.

These services typically include;

• Inclusion of organisational and site specific details such as:
• Company Standard Operating Procedures,
• Individual Emergency Response Plans,
• Site specific equipment and resources,
• Company specific processes and products,
• Individual site manifests of hazardous materials,
• Organisational hierarchy and ICS systems
• Workforce coverage issues for minimum manning and shift work.
• Industry and state specific legislation / standards and codes of practice.
• Packaging of national training package qualification pathways to ensure industry specific needs can be met within the parameters of a full qualification.

Red Alert Australia is also able to provide clients with services in the design of new training courses where existing industry qualifications do not meet their individual needs
